Surprisingly there is no deep meaning behind the name, one day I was trying to create a new Tumblr account and had to come up with a new name other than HorrorGirlLover, and I wanted something that could outlast my teens years other than TeenGirlDreamer If anyone wants to use those names be free lol.
So I decided to pick my favorite animal and use four L's for the reason of.......I was 14 when I created the name.
Four L's for the four in 14.
That's it.
In the future (this summer) I plan on making a sister account called Pagolin5, based off my second favorite animal and the fact that 15 year old me will be making it.
That’s simple, load time.
Truth be told this site is pretty image heavy and still take awhile to load on a slower computer (not mine tho) and with slow internet (again not me lol) it can take awhile to load the site.
The point of this site, other than coding practice and it being personal to me, is to share information in my Strange Particulars project.

One of my biggest pet peeves regarding websites especially on Neocities is automatic music, why? Because I’m a dumb ass and tend to have my volume all the way up and then, randomly when I’m looking at websites when I’m supposed to be doing school I get the biggest fucking jump scare from loud ass music coming from my laptop speakers, also some people just have bad music taste, in my opinion anyway.
I choose to not have auto playing music on my site, you get to choose, because I live in America, FREEDOM OF CHOICE RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
No super flashy lights, the only real flashy thing(s) on my website are my gifs in the bottom of the main page. I study psychology and with that I got into a bit of advertising psych in which I learned that humans are naturally attracted to movement and even more to flashy bright colors, and so when you're on a website reading or just generally trying to learn when presented with those annoying flashing ads your brain subconsciously moves towards movement, regardless of you knowing it, it hinders your learning as you are distracted. And don’t even get me started on the pop-ups that force onto the screen. (get an ad blocker your sanity will thank you) So when reading no flashy things simple, so on my website no flashy things where there are things to read. Not to say I dont enjoy my own dose of flashy, neon, brights colors and stuff but all within my limits.
Almost all coding is dont by me. Why? because I could not get over my pride to use a template, in my little brain I considered it cheating???? Yeah im not sure either but I figured I'd learn better if I understoodd how everything worked instead of trying to edit someone else's work, also because I have an order of how and what to do first.
Now granted there are some stuff that is out of my skill range and with that I thank all the people on the internet who give these codes for me and others to use. <3
